John Goche

Hello,

I would like to add a button with an icon inside of one
of the toolbars of Internet Explorer so that I can see it
on my web browser without me having to pull down a
menu for it to become visible. I just want to be able to
click on the button to open a website I want but I am
not sure how to set this up.

Thank you for help on how to configure this,

Best Regards,

John Goche

Hi, John.

Which IE are you using? IE8 has the Favorites Bar built in and this may be
just what you are looking for.

If you don't see the Favorites Bar, then right-click on the Menu Bar and
toggle it on. Find the page you want to be able to access instantly. Then
look at the left end of the Favorites Bar. The first box is the familiar
"Favorites", which drops down the menu. Next is another Star icon with a
little arrow on it. Click this and the current URL will be added as a tab
on the Favorites Bar. Then, no matter where you are in the Internet, click
this tab to go to that favorite page. ;<)

Try it. I think you'll like it!
