Internet Explorer toolbar

I need to know how to turn on my internet explorer
toolbar.

The toolbars that are included in XP's Internet Explorer can be switched on
or off by opening an IE window. Then click on View> Toolbars. Toolbars with
a check next to them should be displayed. Click any toolbar to add or
remove the check.
 
Thanks for your answer Sharon F, but i have no toolbar at
all, when I'm on the intenet.

What happens if you press <F11>?

That toggles the "kiosk" mode, also known as full-screen mode. Note that
full-screen is not the same as Maximized, which is not the same as a Normal
window stretched to fill the screen.
