Internet Explorer Toolbar

I just bought a new hp desktop and when I customize the
toolbar. I get the original settings everytime I restart
my computer. Never used to get that on my old hp computer
laptop.

Click Start, Run and type MSCONFIG.
Click Startup tab and uncheck the line reading AUTOTKIT.EXE
