Internet Explorer to Microsoft Outlook

I'm a type of person that doesn't care for all of the
frills that are displayed when I go on line to read my e-
mail. I would like to have only the Outlook format
instead of all of the garbage displayed across the top of
the screen. How do I have all of my e-mails to tranfer
over from Internet Explorer to Microsoft Outlook?
 
Internet Explorer doesn't do e-mail...are you using one of the online
services? If so, which one, and which version of Outlook do you have?
