Internet Explorer Title Doesn't Display Correctly!

Hi:

My internet explorer title bar only displays the first letter of the title.
For example, "Internet Explore Newsgroups" will only display as "I". This
problem occurs right after I have re-install my XP. Does anyone know how to
fix this problem?

Do you have another third party toolbar, uninstall?.
Try to scan your computer for malwares, malwares famous of changing the
title bar to deceive surfers on the web.
