Internet Explorer sounds?

I'm trying to disable the "blooooop" sound that occurs
whenever I open a new webpage. I use Internet Explorer 6.0
Does anyone know how to do this?

start>settings>control panel>sounds>scroll to windows explorer and set start
navigation to none.
