Internet explorer shut down and message to report to MS

I purchased my computer with Windows XP HOME version about a year ago and it has been shutting down while I am on line and I have been sending messages regularly with no response from Microsoft or no repair. What do I have to do to correct the problem. It shut down twice in less than 15 minutes today.

Had a similar problem with my xp Home doing the same it was a virus in my case so try this to see if it helps in anyway
