Internet Explorer Shortcut

I have a shortcut setup on my desktop which opens Internet Explorer and
connects to my web based e-mail. Works fine but only snag is it always opens
a half size window. How do I set it to open a full size one?
 
Close all IE windows. Double-click up your shortcut. Resize the Window to
the size you want (Not Maximize). Hit F5. This refreshes the windows and
stores the window dimensions the registry. Close the windows and open the
shortcut again. After a while it may lose this setting, just resize it again
and hit F5.
