internet explorer scrolling question...

i just installed windows xp pro after my hard drive crashed on me. I
opened up IE and started scrolling down a web page and now it wont let
me scroll like i used to. Now it sort of reloads the page everytime i
try to go down or up, sort of like a screen wipe or refresh. I used
to be able to just use my mouse wheel and scroll down with no refresh
or wipe at all. I tried turning off smooth scroll but all that did
was speed it up a bit. ANy ideas? TIA

figured out the problem, i didnt hav ethe latest drivers installed yet
for my geforce 4. That took care of it right quick!!
