Internet explorer script error

When online, I am unable to print any web pages or email
messages. I have contacted HP and Gateway and they are
unable to resolve the issue. I have tried all the
suggestions on the microsoft website--no resolution. I
have re-downloaded internet explorer 6.0. Any other
suggestions?????
