Internet Explorer Script Error

I recently installed an HP 1100 business ink jet
printer. everything works fine until I try to print a
second page from a web site. The page prints fine the
first time, but when I try to print it again I recieve
the following skript error.

Error Access is Denied
Code 0
Url res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Can someone help?
