Internet Explorer Script Error when printing more than one screen

I have a user that gets the following message when she
tries to print more than one screen from any website

An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Char: 1
Error: Access is denied
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\Windows\System32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Can anyone help me resolve this? She's driving me crazy.
