Well dude,
You got midadle. I told my buddy I could fix his computer in a few
minutes with Adaware from lavasoft, but not with this sucker, it's
amazingly embeded.
When you delete it, it has a built in restore program that is randomly
named, and if you can find the built in restore program, there is a
3rd exe that will restore the restore program, and midadle itself.
Here's a good description:

As microsoft would say "Contact your system administrator" about this
problem, it's a doozie...
For me, the best result was running in safe mode, i uninstalled
midadle from the "add remove programs" in control panel.
I ran hijackthis.exe and removed all BHO (Browser Helper Objects)
I also removed a couple of things that looked suspicious to me, but be
careful, you can really fry your system.
If you are the patient type, you can run hijackthis.exe, post your
log, and some gurus can tell you what is what and what you need to
delete. Just search for hijackthis on groups.google.com and you'll
see a ton.
Now the tricky part, I searched for all *.exe programs and sorted by
date. Many times midadle backup programs are in C:\WINNT\System32 ,
which is a terrible place to delete files unless you are sure..
Best regards,
