Hi!
I got a problem with Internet explorer, I have current servicepacks for both
XP and Iexplorer. Problem is that when i Start IExplorer by its icon it
crashes, if i click on a link it crashes, it simply gets stuck and i have to
quit the page by Rightclick and end program at startbar. If i however type in
a adress in a folder adress field it will open the page instantly, but then
if i try and click a link it crashes again.
Im currently using Mozilla to do this and it works like it should, i have no
viruses, trojans etc. The only thing i think is left that it could be is that
internet explorers handling of links is broken, i meen a file is corrupt or
something ,
Ive tried setting the IsInstalled key to 0 in reg so that it would allow me
to install Internet Explorer or Service pack 1 ontop of the existing one, but
it still gives me the already installed alertbox.
Would appriciate any new approch to the problem, my only option right now is
a complete reinstall of system :/
