Internet Explorer problem

It seems like i am having a prob with internet explorer.
Whenever i press the maximise button, IE occupies only the bottom half of my
screen and i can't move it
Anyone else has this problem ??

Go to http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/ietips.htm Download and run the .REG file
in the "Opening Internet Explorer Full Size " section.
