Internet Explorer & pdf files

Guest

When I do a Google search on Internet Explorer & it comes up with a pdf link,
when I click on it I get this message coming up:
"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem & needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience"
I cannot click on anything else then & have to click on "close" & the
broswer closes down. I never had this problem until about a week go.
Thanks for any help.

Adobe Reader download a pdf file instead of opening

Right click a .pdf link and select Save Target As. This will get you a
download dialog box and the pdf won't open in your browser.

This should allow you to get a download dialog box and never open a pdf file
in IE again.
Go to >>
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 6.0\Reader\Plug_ins
and move the EWH32.api file up into the Optional folder.

EWH32.api = External Window Handler
The Acrobat Browser Manager plug-in allows users to view PDF files in their
web browser.

Get this and disable all the unneeded crap from Adobe Reader...
Adobe Reader SpeedUp 1.32

Or better yet, get Foxit Reader and dump Adobe Reader.
