Internet explorer option

When downloading a video from internet explorer it ask me if i wanted to open it within the explorer browser. I chose not to but there was box checked at the bottom of the download window that ask if i wanted to always choose this option. Of course no i want to open the video in Internet explorer and no longer have the option since i had the box checked. How do i reverse this so that i can once again choose if i want to open the video in a video player or within the brower window. Thanks for you help
