Internet Explorer Opens in bottom right corner of desktop.

When using I.E. 6 it always opens in the bottom right hand corner of the
screen. Can not drag it to a new place on the screen. So if I want to see all
information in window I have to go to full screen all the time. I have back
tracked the problem to it seems to have started after trying to download a
Microsoft program for movies. But it came up with a error message hae to
close try again later. Since I havve had the problem with IE 6.
