I have run into a problem while on the internet. When I
right click on a link and try to "Open In New Window",
the window that opens isn't full screen. It used to be
just a little smaller, but now has gotten to be close to
2/3 of the screen. I don't know how I've managed to do
this but would really appreciate some help to undo it.

Do not maximize the window. Resize it with your mouse or keyboard. Close
using File> Exit or pressing CTRL while clicking the X in the upper right
corner.

Hi Steve,

1. Open a link.
2. Don't use the maximize button.
3. Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
4. Close all other IE windows.
5. Close the stretched window last.

However, the above procedure is not equivalent to SHOWMAXIMIZED API call.
Best option is to use "IE New Window maximizer"

http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=1746
(Uses Windows API calls and automatically maximizes every browser window you
open)
