Internet Explorer Offline

I keep getting a message telling me that my IE is
offline. This started when I hooked up a new wireless
card. The card is a D-Link DWL-520+. According to the
software the signal is being recieved well, but my
Internet Explorer stays offline.

Any help out there for me?
