internet explorer not working?

I have this internet explorer problem now - when I am connected to the net I
cannot use internet explorer to see any websites but checking email works
though. Any thoughts on what the problem could be?

there is an IE repair tool in Windows in Systen tools try that and see if it
repairs IE.

the above applies to Win 98 in XP I think you have to reinstall IE. What OS
do you have?
