When we try to launch IExplorer from other accounts ( Including accoutns with
admin rights ) the following message appears

Microsoft visual c++ runtime libr

program c:\program files\internet explorer\explorer.exe

The application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Pleaase contact the application support team for more information.

What is the virus/malware status of the machine? If you think it is
clean, what did you use to determine this? Please include the names and
versions of programs and methods used (Safe Mode, etc.).

To be sure the machine is clean:

If the machine is clean, disable any third-party browser add-ons and see
if that solves the issue. Toolbar Cop is useful for that:

Did you really mean explorer.exe or iexplore.exe?
If the latter...

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.
Runtime Error!
Program: c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an
unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
