internet Explorer Message

I keep getting the following message.
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If your in the middle of something the information your working on might be lost.

When this message comes up you can not do anything but close out. This message comes up quite often when on the web.

See if emptying your cache will make a difference. In IE, tools, Internet Options,
delete files.
