I am getting the following error message:
The instruction at 0x0173494e referenced memeory at 0x00000411. The memory
could not be "read". Click on ok to terminate.

After I get this message all of my browser windows of Internet Explorer
close and then I need to reboot my computer eventually. It's a brand new
computer, and this is my second one. They replaced the first one because of a
similiar problem and then I messed it up so then I got this second one and
it's still doing it so it leads me to believe that it must be some of the
files I'm transferring from the old computer, or something new I'm installing
that I didn't have on the old computer. I seriously need some help because I
am rebooting my computer so many times a day it's making me nervous. I have
downloaded Spybot and it keeps telling me I have a DSL Exploit and I don't
know what that is but even after I fix it and do another scan it's there
again. Any ideas??

First eliminate any scumware.
CAUTION!!!!! Before you try to remove spyware using any of these programs ,
download a copy of LSPFIX from any of the following sites:
http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm
http://www.spychecker.com/program/winsockxpfix.html
(if your OS is Win2k or XP) The process of removing certain malware may kill
your internet connection. If this should occur, this program, LSPFIX, will
enable you to regain your connection.

See

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
than just those two programs. CWShredder is also available here:

Ok I did all of that and I'm still having the same problem. Any more
recommendations? It might help for you to know I'm using Windows XP Media
Center Edition and the computer is only 5 days old so I'm just at a loss.
Dell can't even figure it out other then telling me to restore it back to
factory defaults.
