internet explorer is too slow

New internet explorer is too slow to open. does anybody
knows how to make it faster. Are they doing anything to
make it go faster or are my the only person experiencing
this problem.
 
Some people say that having IE open to a blank page opens faster. might
want to check a website call www.tweakxp.com. If you want to set it to
open to a blank page, go to IE go to Tools -->Internet Options and under
the General Tab Use Blank. If that doesnt work check out the website they
have lots of tweaks..
