Internet Explorer is bleeding through when using MDI Forms

We are using MDI Forms. We have an MDI parent w/ a navigation panel
to the left. (Similar to the toolbox panel in the .net environment)
Then we click
on a link in the navigation panel, a new form is loaded inside the MDI
parent. The bleeding seems to take place while the child form is
being
loaded. Once the form is loaded inside the parent the bleeding is
gone.

Does anyone know what is happening?

Thanks...

What's a "bleeding"?

By bleeding, I mean that some parts of the underneath window is
showing. But only when IE is underneath my ap, it bleeds thru. Word
or anything else, everything works fine.

I don't believe that's it. See, Internet Explorer is not bleeding
thru the form I'm loading, it's bleeding thru the underneath form (MDI
parent) when the MDI child is loading. Once the child is loaded, it
goes away, so doing a refresh in the Child's Load would probably not
do anything, since at that point the bleeding isn't happening. I'll
look into it though. Thanks for your response.
