Internet explorer help

I was downloading a file and I accidentally clicked a
check i didn't know which one it is, and now all the files
i want to download goes to temp internet folder, how do i
disable this?

Try this
1. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
2. On the File Types tab, click the appropriate file type in the Registered File
Types box.
3. Click Edit.
4. Click to select the Confirm Open After Download check box.
5. Click OK, and then click OK.
