Internet Explorer has encountered a problem

Why!!!!!! Why does IE 6 keep encountering problems and
shutting down. Especially when I try to attach email in
outlook express or even when i am replying to email on
the internet.

Somebody help!
 
Next time the message appears, record the nature of the
problem and repost. You are bound to get a helpful reply.
