Unfortunately, Modname: unknown usually means that the crash address
is bogus, so the crash may be due to its "caller" or even somewhere earlier
in the call stack.

If you have this crash captured on drwtsn32.log too you can try finding
and capturing the crashing thread's Stack Back Trace (in an English version
of Windows) by doing a find up from the bottom for FAULT ->0218137B
E.g. that would be assuming that as well as being the crash "offset"
the 0218137B was the full address for the crash.

Please help me.

Thanks,

You probably need maintenance. Otherwise errors in "ModName: unknown"
are typically caused by bad calls from other modules, often in the presence
of incompatible third-party programs. If you are getting a snap dump in
drwtsn32.log of this crash you could use the Stack Back Trace associated
with this crash you would find in it. Otherwise try testing for the cause by
eliminating any unnecessary features, such as add-ons. E.g. if your symptoms
change you will know that whatever you changed could have played a role
in your original crash.

Good luck
