Internet explorer hang when on LAN

Hi there!

Anyone could help on this? Whenever, I plug in the
ethernet cable or on wireless network, the internet
explorer would not start. It just dissapear.

I would need to unplug the ethernet cable and start
internet explorer offline. Then, I would need to plug in
the ethernet cable and do a refresh. Sometimes this work
but sometime it doesn't.

Anyone here could help on this problem.
