Internet Explorer GPO Setting

Hi everyone,

Hoping someone may be able to help me here as I have drawn a blank.

In my group policy settings, under user configuration, I have set under
"Internet Explorer Maintenance" two options - one, I have added a custom
title to the title bar, and two, I have set the default home page to a custom
URL.

The problem I am experiencing is that none of the users who this GPO is
assigned to pick up these two settings, yet they pick up the entire rest of
that group policy's settings such as disabling add/remove programs, folder RD
etc...

Have I set a setting somewhere to tell clients to ignore this bit of the GPO
or something?

Help!!

Hope someone can point me in the right direction here,

Lee

There is an option to set this at each logon, otherwise it sets it once

and only sets it again if the GP setting changes.

Disable changing home page setting - enabled
Disable external branding of IntExplorer - enabled

Open Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/System/Group
Policy
set the "Process even if the Group Policy objects have not changed" -
enabled

Hi ,

Thank you so much for your reply.

I have followed your instructions, but unfortunately the same symptoms are
occurring.

Any more thoughts anyone?

Thank you so much once again,
