internet Explorer general

I have had a problem downloading Internet Explorer 7. (I could not find
anywhere else to go for Info) I could not get back into the Internet, so have
had to Uninstall Internet Explorer 7, and go back to Internet Explorer, is it
best to wait a few months and try again.
