run Ad-Aware software and probably that will solve your problem as I
had the same problem and after removing spyware/malwares problem was
solved. if you don't have you can download for free from net.

One anti-malware program is rarely enough.

Look at the Event Viewer.

Check whether there are malwares in the system.Scan the ststem with
latest updated anti malware tools in Safe mode.
