Hi, i'm having the exact same problem with a friend i'm
trying to help out. If you come across a solution, please
let me know also. He's running an e-machine with aol. I
signed on with my bellsouth account and it connected, but
still no web browser. I assumed I needed to reinstall the
browser, but I can't find the complete setup file
anywhere....maybe you know where that is?

Go into Control Panel...add/remove programs...pick Internet
Explorer...you'll get one more screen...pick the option to repair.

But, if the program is loading, that really shouldn't be the problem.
Is IE opening up okay?...and you just can't get to a site? Same
site?...or every site?

Have a nice week...
