Internet Explorer Errors

My wife and I both are having problems with Internet Exolorer. We try to click on a link on different websites and a lot of them will not do anything. At the bottom of the page it will say "Done but with error". A few will indicate a javascript error. Now I have try everything that I can think of to correct this, Repair, reinstall, complete delete and reinstall Internet Explorer; reinstall javascript, reinstall flash. Do anyone know if this problem stems from an update or virus or what?
 
Hi i would like to know what version of IE r u having on ur system and if u have IE 5.5 try to upgrade it to 6 if XP try running sfc /scannow with winodows XP CD in the CD ROM drive and if not search for the ie.inf file and then right click on it and install.

Disable Script Debugger:
* Open Internet Explorer.
* Click Tools and choose Internet Options.
* Choose Advanced tab and select Disable Script Debugging and Display a
notification about every script error.
* Click OK
