Internet Explorer Errors

I have enstalled and am using Charter Communications
Cable Internet hook-up. Since then I have encountered
Internet errors that won't let me do anything with the
internet. AppName Iexplorer.exe
AppVer 6.0.2800.1106
ModName ntdll.dll
ModVer 5.1.2600.1217
Offset 0000b2ab

I have uninstalled Internet Explorer and reinstalled.
Still same errors. I have checked to see if I have
certain files in Support SOftware which I do not. I
have checked everything imaginable in the system and
Microsoft help and can not fix this. Please help.
 
Version of ntdll.dll 5.1.2600.1217 is not listed on this database.
Did it came with your installation of Charter com?
Check with them or save a copy of the file and installed the copy from your
Windows CD.
