Hi,

Hope someone can help. I'm having two problems at the moment.

The first is with Internet Explorer. When I run I.E. I receive this error
message "Windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close."
I.E. doesn't actually close, but the message continues to pop up. It's only
very recently that this has started happening, and I wonder if it's a
conflict of some sort with another program. Any help would be appreciated.

The second issue is with the .DBX folder files. I copied the .DBX files from
my old PC when I bought my current PC. I've tried copying them into the
identities folder with the newly created folders but when I run Outlook they
don't appear. I did manage to get 1 folder to copy but don't know how I did
it.

I would be grateful for any help in these matters.

Thanks, Lee Jones.

I've no experience of the matter but, my understanding is that the *.DBX
have to be 'Imported' ('File' menu / 'Import'), is this perhaps what you did
with the one that worked
