internet explorer error

I have downloaded a link for a coupon bar on my toolbar
and when I try to access it--I receive the error of--
internet explorer has experienced a problem and must shut
down--then it will shut down and restart explorer and a
new message will pop up that says error in kernel32.dll--
if i push close, the same thing will happen over and over
again---HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

The problem is caused by your IE Toolbar (plug-in). You should perhaps
consult the toolbar vendor with your problem.

To get yourself started again you can disable your IE toolbars by selecting
the 'Disable 3rd party Browser Helpers' setting on the Advanced tab of the
Internet Options control panel.
