I get the following message when attempting to open
Internet Explorer. "Explorer has caused an error in
YCOMP5_3_11_0.dll. Explorer will now close." I have tried
to redownload and install IE, but it does not install. I
get a message that says to try to install again, which I
do, and still does not install correctly. Any ideas??

Thansk,
Melissa

Melissa,

This file is related to Yahoo Companion. Uninstalling the program should resolve the error.

Melissa, did you ever get an answer to the problem you were having with Internet Explorer? I'm having the same problem, too, but my error messages says "Explorer caused an error in MSHTML.DLL," etc. I'm reading these posts, but don't see any responses that help resolve th problems!!
Thanks
