Hi:
One user in our company have following error happen when
he connect to our Siebel server. The user has Windows
2000 Pro SP4 with most current Hotfix, and IE 6.01 SP1
also with most current Hotfix.
I have done following:
1.) Set Tools-->Internet Options-->Advenced to Default
by administrator login.
2.) Run w2kexcp.exe /u from C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\IE Uninstall. And reinstall IE6 after reboot.
3.) Install and run spyware, ad-ware.
4.) Remove Siebel related plug-in from
c:\winnt\downloaded program files.
5.) Logon as other user profile and get same result.
Error message as following:
Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close.
Error message was content 40 module error. One of that is
Kernel32.dll
Any advice will be appriciate! Thanks
