Internet Explorer Does not work.

My IE refuses to browse. I also have Mozilla installed
which browses fine yet IE refuses to browse at all.
Displaying the 'Page cannot be displayed Message' or
Telling me that 'IE could not open the search page.' Any
help on this issue would be greatly appreciated and if
extra info is needed I will be happy to provide it.
