Internet explorer does not respond

When I double click on the Internet explorer, it comes back
with the message of "an error happened and we have to close
the file", and it asks to send the report. But since I am
not connected to the internet, nothing gets to be sent. I
have uninstalled and reinstalled from Microsoft's sight the
internet explorer, and I keep getting the same problem.

Please help if you can, or send me to a proper place to get
help. Thank you.
 
Hi James,

To test with: Disable third-party browser extensions in Internet Explorer
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) check box.
5. Restart Internet Explorer.
