Hi,
The computer that I'm using (an HP with Win XP) is having
trouble displaying images and uses larger than normal text
in Internet Explorer (6.0). In fact, when I'm trying to
use the microsoft knowledge base, the characters are so
large that one letter will take up the whole screen. I've
tried lowering the display resolution, slowed the hardware
acceleration, changed the font size and updated windows
(added SP2), but nothing has worked. Does anyone have any
suggestions on how to fix this problem (outside of
reinstalling internet explorer, as I do not know where the
software CD is).
