Internet Explorer Crashing Again!! HELP!!!!

have a real problem. I downloaded the yahoo toolbar and a problem that I
had before I am having again. I solved it before but I don't know how and I
deleted the guys e-mail already. Please help. For some reason, my interent
explorer browser
immediately crashes when I try to open it and doesn't give an error message.
I can only use the netscape browser. I have tried over and over to get it to
work but it won't. I tried to delete internet explorer and re-install but it
won't let me because it says that other programs have it in use but there
aren't any programs that are using it. I have no idea what to do. If
anybody has any idea how to help, please e-mail me at (e-mail address removed)
or (e-mail address removed). I really need to learn how to fix this.

Have you tried uninstalling the Yahoo toolbar?

I tried that but it didn't work. This didn't start until I put in yahoo
toolbar. Someobdy told me how to fix it previously but now I don't remember
 
First eliminate any spyware.
