My internet service works perfectly well most of the
time, but there are a small number of specific URLs which
I cannot access at all.(eg www.east-leake.co.uk) No error
message appears, but explorer crashes, and I am left
viewing my desktop. I have confirmed that these URLs are
accessable on other computers. I have the same problem
with MSN explorer. I have tried deleting files and
cookies, altering security settings, all to no avail.

Can someone please help?

The first thing I would check for is spyware. Go to
add/remove programs and see if you have any file sharing
programs installed (Kazaa, Morpheus, and Limewire are a
few). If any of these are installed, uninstall them
first. Then check and see if you have new.net, savenow,
bonzi buddy (those are only a few spyware programs you'll
want to install if theyre on your computer).

Open Internet Explorer and go to:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com and download AddAware. Then
install it and run it using the default options. This
program will search your hard drive and registry and
remove any spyware you missed. If you still have problems
after that you may have damaged Internet Explorer/Windows
files.

It may be a java issue, that site link you gave needs java to view, can you
view any other sites that have java content?
