Internet Explorer content advisor problems

B

Brent

I keep getting the message that internet explorer is
missing information in the content advisor settings.
However, now when I open explorer the page will not even
load and the stop button does not work and all options on
the toolbar will also not work, so I cannot fix the
problem. I currently use Yahoo browser which allows me to
use the internet, but i have to change the content advisor
settings every time I use it because it uses explorer as
its platform. This is also preventing me from using any
applications that connect directly to the internet. Any
ideas on how to fix this? I've been trying for hours and
can't get anything to work. Thanks!
