Internet Explorer 'clicks'

When listening to streaming audio (IE6), I get 'clicks'
everytime the page updates. Can I turn off the clicks and
keep the music? Thanks!

Control Panel | Sounds
Scroll down to Windows Explorer and set Start Navigation and End Navigation
to (NONE)
