Internet explorer can't open hotmail website

I have a problem with my IE.
When I have entered the username and password of the hotmail then the IE
Windows become blank. I have tried to installed all the updates but the same
thing still happened just like "karen's" case.

But it did works when I use my other computer.
Please help me if some one have the solution!!!!

I have the same problem. It began on 12/21. Running XP SP2 with all updates
installed. Tried the fix below to no avail.

I have the exact same problem. I can log into passport but can not access my
hotmail account. A blank page just comes up with " Done " at the bottom....
Not getting much help from MSN help either... This is very aggravating. Tried
from another computer I have and same thing..... ^(%^%&^%(&^) !! Nothing I
tey seems to work and use my hotmail account for all my eBay transactions....
Any answers much appreciated
 
Hey, I have been having the same problem for more than 4 days now. I can go
on MSN, but not hotmail account. I get a blank page with "Done"at the bottom
too. But i tried to get on ay work, and i could. the prblem is onlt at home.
please HELP!!!

The "done with errors" message refers to Javascript errors.

Check to see if IE has scripting disabled in the Internet Zone under the Security
tab for Internet Options applet in Control Panel.
 
Hey, thanks for your quikc reply. I tried what you said, its still not
working. By the way, it doesn't say "done with errors". I jsut sayd "Done",
as if this is the page I want to view.

Hey Taurarian, thanks a lot. the address u gave me was very helpful. I ended
up downloading Netscape browser, and now i can log on to my hotmail email
accounts.
