Internet Explorer can't find page...

Dell computer
Roadrunner ISP
Internet Explorer 7.0

Downloaded Windows updates. Internet Explorer no longer functions.
It says page can't be found. Outlook Express still works. I installed
Netscape and it works. But Internet Explorer still does not.
What do I need to change to fix this.

IE, tools menu, "Delete Browser History, "Delete All" button.

I deleted everything. Cookies, history, temporary files, etc. but
it didn't help.
I check out the link.

As a fix for this I un-installed the IE 7 upgrade and it reinstalled
IE 6 again. It worked after that.
