Hi,
I'm not sure if this is what you had in mind, but try
the following:
Open Internet Explorer.
Click on Tools, then click on Internet Options to open the
settings dialog.
Click on the Connections tab.
Click on ADD, then follow the wizard to add your dial-up
credentials.
After completing the wizard, return to the connections tab
(in the Internet Options box), and click on the 'Dial
whenever a network connection is not present'.
Click on OK.
The above assumes you are using a dial-up connection. If you
are not, then the above doesn't apply.
